If you have never ran your car at the track before its just about impossible to assume what you would run.

By the way, your hood scoop does nothing at all. Believe me, I watched them design it, and they couldn't get it to force air on the intake so they just claimed it did. Sure, mine is not so functional either, it only works at over 120mph. The only real hood scop is he WS6 ram air system. It goes right to the lid entry, and at high speed, it work good, that is 100-165mph+. Nothing against mustangs, but those side scoops and GT hood scoop are gay as hell. I mean come on, the WS6 has heat extractors, and front brake vents, and the Z06 has cooled brake inlets on all four corners.

I consider myself a Ford man at heart. If I wasn't offered such a good deal on a 28K mile USED Camaro Z-28, I would have been down at the local Ford dealer ordering a new Mach 1. (Couldn't afford a Cobra I just graduated from college)
I find it hard to beleive that the Mach 1 could pull off a 13.1 in the quarter. That is unless they're sloping drag strips downhill nowadays.

i agree with you, but really..our hood scoops dont really perform as well as they should.
i duno why ford after all these years still has those fake side things though

We'll skip the suspense and tell you that this is the quickest, naturally-aspirated, four-valve 4.6 Mustang we've ever tested. It blistered the Old Bridge Township Raceway Park quarter-mile in 13.13-seconds at 105.5 mph in bone-stock trim (with a 2.07 60-foot time).

im a member at SVT.

but what you did was different.
Your First post you write a kill story like "mach 1's are here and were'r shakin things down"

It seems kinda obvious you came overhere just to stir something up

think if i did that at SVT or supraforums...you would prob have the same outcome.
Mabe you didnt think about this...but thats how you came across to me. I actually havent posted in this section for a while until i saw your post

03Mach1, my first ride was a Mustang; I still own a 1990 Ford T-Bird SuperCoupe and 93 F-150. I love Ford products! But you're in unfriendly country here. Most claims of a fast "factory stock" Mustang is going to be met with some skepticism by us LS1 owners
