at best he has 330rwhp but this would still be enough to run about 11.70;s at close to 116mph.
if he had 350rwhp that car would be good for 11.50's with a good hook.
his times are very believable for a car not hooking well.with that mph right now it should run high 11's.

And u went from 13.9 to 12.5 in 3 runs? with an IS. Damn your good! 
What is your point? I went from a 9.15 in the 1/8 to a my next run a of a 7.87. My first run was street tires with like a 2.5 60ft time and my second was with slicks and like a 1.75 60ft time. Also I can see how being nervous can cause you to not drive to your potential.
With that IRS and street tires good luck to make me swallow that.

actually, the 03 cobra has a live axel not IRS as you stated and also the springs arnt as aggresive as the cobras which are more for road race with their high spring rate. new mach one's with the aformentioned mods could easily click off 12.50's. in mustang 5.0 a professional driver got a all stock mach to go 13.19 so with some skill it can be done. lets not try to discredit someone just we may not prefer their make and model, try telling ford guys about how some ls1's run in the 11's with bolt on's only and they will do the same thing you did so lets not fall into that hole
