still got it Well after I got my 3.73's in i figured that my 3d gear pull was no more. I was wrong.
I was just driving along, minding my own buisness, when a 99+ mustang gt with exhaust goes by me a little faster than the speed limit (about 80ish). so i am like wow he was flying. anyway he gets caught at a light, so i catch up. By the time i actually caught up my speedometer said about 80, I havn't had it fixed yet.
So i get him to look at me by pulling a little ahead and he punches it. i was like ok, so i followed suit. he immidiatly pulled ahead but by the top of 3d i had started gaining ground. had to shut down for traffic reasons.
Second run, my speedometer said 60. good second gear punch. so when he got beside me, i punched it, immidatly leaving him. so i let off figuring he wasn't running again, but when i looked back i saw him coming up kwik on my door so i got back on it. bad idea. stayed in 3d. but anyway he got to my door then stopped pulling. when i finally was in front of him my speedometer said 125.

Re: still got it nice kill man but i have one question: why do people think they will loose top end power with lower gears? the gears only reduce your top speed. they still give you more torque multiplication so you will actually have more power at the wheels which is why when you take it to the track your mph goes up while your e.t. goes down.

Yeah it is, if you see it in person it just incredibly awesome and it's really fast for a truck.
