Dead Spot Blues
I usually get the jump on even m6 cars with my 3.73's, yank pt3800 stall and M.T. et's.
I manually put the trans in what gear i want to start in so I dont wait for the slow auto to downshift, and this converter flashes to about 4800rpm's so no deadspots for me
... my favorite roll is a 1st gear 20mph... or 2nd gear 50mph.

a stall helps, but i still feel that nitrous is the best way to correct for a dead spot. nice thing about the stall is that you don't have to activate it when you're lined up with a cobalt... arming the nitrous at that point would be a shameful secret you'd be stuck with for life.
stalls are nice
