If you seem to be fine driving without a front sway bar then I would have to believe you are more drag orientated than handling correct? I would run a set of Strange adjustable front and rear with a set of 300# front springs. For the rear I would stick with the factory V-8 springs.
You can adjust the shocks enough for a decent street ride and then readjust them for track conditions.
Are you running a rear swaybar on the car?

but if i want to put the front sway-bar back on how will those springs do
i have some pics in my profile of the car. it hooks well already i dont have any issuse with that. it just that i run old stock junk and it s time to upgrade
The 300# springs would still work great. The reinstalled front swaybar as you well know won't leave the front suspension as free for weight transfer is the only down side.
i do some street racing some times thanks for the info any thing else you can think of?
one more thing. i have a strange 12-bolt and with the stock springs in the back it sat way to high so i put my hockis springs in the rear and i have stock ones up front. to get to sit right. anyone else have issuse

The rear sets up higher due to the increased axle tube diameter of the aftermarket housing.
