Ocassionally my SS will feel like the rack is crapping out when turning. Sometimes when I turn at a slow speed, like turning into a parking spot, I can feel a rubbing sensation in the steering and a lsight noise. I am just wondering if there is anyone who has had any problems like this. I checked the P/S fluid and its fine...

 

Is the tire making contact with the plastic fender liner?
