Hello, yes you can. We make a spring cup for this exact application. They sell for $59.95 per pair. Here is a link and a picture. Its the red parts in the picture. Give me a call if you need a set.

I got a set of those on my car. They squeak just a tiny bit once in a while but work great other than that.
