relocation brackets improperly installed?? please help

relocation brackets improperly installed?? please help i have lower control arms and a panhard rod. i lowered the car with eibach sportline springs and agx shocks, and had relocation brackets installed at the same time. the only problem is that now my tire rubs very bad towards the front of the wheel wells in the rear. it is so bad that i cannot drive it right now. the relocation brackets were welded in and the shop i guess did no check clearance on the wheels before welding them. i have stock rims with drag radials. please help!!
