Default Broken Konis?????

I tried to adjust my Front Koni S/A's last night and I think they are broken.

The backs adjust fine but when I tried the drivers side front shock it would only move one sweep each way, then it just felt like it was getting stuck. Eventually I gave up and moved to the other side. The passenger side just keeps spinning forever each way with little resistance.

Both shocks still feel really good going down the road. It handles very good and feels even from side to side.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Or am I just not adjusting them right?

Passenger side is defiantly broken, if you are the original owner send it in for a new one.

I had a similar problem as your driver's side ... I was able to move mine about one sweep soon after the install. After that, they seemed stuck and I couldn't move them.

JD AMG's advice is on target. For more info, read my thread below https://ls1tech.com/forums/suspensio...questions.html esp. Sam Strano's posts and my post #10.

Great. So it sounds like at least one is broken. How much does it cost to send it in and get it fixed?

If you are the original owner all you do is pay shipping.

Which im not. I bought them off this site. He said there was less than 1,000 miles on them. And they came with Strano Springs. And I'm not saying I got ripped off becuase they were in really good shape when I got them, and they looked brand new. Even if one is broken I still think I got a decent deal.

So how much would it cost to get them fixed?
