I installed my SLP line lock today and found some problems. The connection leaks at the ABS to Solenoid line by the solenoid. I cant get it any tighter and it drips. Anyone have this problem with the SLP line lock and know what I can do to fix it? Thanks.
John.
BTW: Why are SLPs instructions always so horrible? It looks like they are a copy of a copy of a copy etc.

I know LS1Info.com had an install write up, but there site is gone. Anyone know what happend? I saw the cache of it on Google and it said use thread locker. Did everyone do this?

I have the problem with the one that goes from the bottom of the line lock to the ABS leaking. It doesn't leak real bad, but it's moist under it and has hurt the paint in the engine bay below it. I'm going to try thread sealer or locker and see if that helps.

thread sealer on brake lines
I would check your flare first and if its cracked or looks funny and cut it off and re flare it. You really really dont want to contaminate your brake fluid.

That is the same one that leaks for me.
Here is the cache of LS1Info's write up that says to use the thread sealer:

BTW: This is what it says on the bottom:
only use the sealing tape on the pipe thread adapter - do not use it on the brake lines as they are flared seal.
