Default Question about getting car scaled.

I am about to get my car scaled to tune the suspension and was wondering can I just leave my stock wheels on or do I have to put the slicks and skinnies on. I would think it wouldn't matter but I thought I would ask anyway.

Scale is as you race it. Wheels and tires have mass that effects the scales, and varying heights also change corner weights.
