what is it when lets say im in a parking lot (going slow) and turn the wheels all the way left or right that the car feels like its tripping over it self? thanks.

Sounds like it could be maybe a bad tie rod end or even front hub.

Best way to check is to jack the front of the car up and hold the tire at 12 and 6 oclock then at 9 and 3. Shake the tire back and fourth, and if their is play in the tire then something is wrong.

While im driving I hear a lobing sound,when breaking the car pulls whatever way if feels like if that helps?
