Default Question about eibach

I was rotating the tires today and noticed someone had put eibach springs up front but looks to be a spring and shock combo. The numbers on the springs are 152400 and 1000.250.0550. I looked these numbers up and no luck. Can anyone tell me if these are just direct replacements or a lowering spring combo?

From my experience with Eibach springs, the numbers determine it's a 10" tall spring, 2.50" ID, 550lb rating. Typically their catalog numbers don't match the numbers printed on the spring itself. When I searched online I found Scoggin-Dickey sells that spring. I'm not sure if it is part of a kit or not.

Look-up at >>>>http://eibach.com/cgi-bin/start.exe/eibach/index.html. You can find out that part# from there..
