Default street/strip setup

I have a 96 Lt1 with a Lt4 hot cam and a 3200 converter. my best time at the track was 12.5 with a 1.6 60', I have 17" zr1s with nittos and I can not hook on the street at all. I want to do some serious street racing this summer with a little track racing. In the front I'm going to run Qa1s with a 300lb spring and in the rear comp. engineering shocking with stocks springs. Here is where I need lots of help. I like all of umi products and Plan on buying UMI once I know what I want. I want to buy a adjustable torque arm with the relocation bar. Lower nonadjustable control arms and the panhard bar is where I'm lost. Do i need an adjustable panhard bar? If i mess with the pinion angle to much could I seriously mess up my diff.? I just really want to hook on the street with out having to roast up to much of my tires and waste a lot of vht. I am new into this and would like everyones help. If anybody has differant ideas or setups please let me know. Should I have anything else?
thanks
