how to remove steering arm
i tried the search to no avail, so im askin here
I need to pull out the steering arm (linkage, or whatever you call it that connects the column to the PSpump next to the motor)
so how do i do that? Do i need to pull the column up somehow?

There is one bolt up top on the linkage and one down where it meets the rack. I use a screw driver to pry the top end off of the steering shaft. Once one end is off it will pull right off.

yeah i meant the steering rack
i already took both bolts off, but just tryed to pull it off with my hands
I'll try the screwdriver tomorrow

If that doesnt work pull the steering wheel out some. Two bolt under kick panel and three agianst fire wall. The ones on the fire wall dont need to be pulled out all the way.
