Are there any aftermarket direct bolt on 3 or 4 piston calipers for the 98-02 LS1 camaros? I was interested in SSBC, but it looks like you have to buy their entire kit. Calipers, Rotors, lines etc.. I just bought Brembo Sport slotted rotors and wanted to upgrade the calipers.

slotted rotors arent an upgrade. blank rotors are. you lose braking power with slots/holes. the only caliper upgrade would be a C5 swap. if you really want to upgrade something, buy better pads. thats all you need unless you start actually racing.

Are the C5 calipers a direct bolt on, or are there any modifications needed?

The calipers are but the C5 rotors are not without adaptor brackets
