UMI Moser weld-in relocation brackets.
I had to get Moser specific ones because my 10-bolt ones would not work. UMI does not sell these as a bolt-in application because of tolerances in Moser setups.
Tonight I was just going to install the control arms and take my car to a shop to have the relocation brackets welded in. But I was bored and decided to mock up everything just to make sure they all fit.
Well, the relocation brackets seem sturdy just bolted in? Everything lined up flat and even. Bolts went in no problem.
So why can't they just be bolted in? Do I have to get them welded even though everything went together fine? Would it hurt to drive to a shop with them installed?

I see that you are asking about the weld-on relocation brackets and wondering if you are able to drive on them just bolted on? I highly would not recommend that! Just do to the fact that your rear would be moving around too much! And you would have to recheck the rear and make sure when you weld them they wouldn't bind the rear end! If you have any other questions leave me know and I will be glad to help.
Thanks Again
Brad
