bmr spring question

I just got a set of BMR springs. I have new kyb AGX struts. what way do the new springs go on the struts? The smaller tapered end hits the body of the strut but could be ground down just a tad to clear. and the other end is just a little bigger than the spring perch on the strut. i looked at the ones on my car and they look like the smaller end goes on the top into the strut mount. also im planning on getting new strut mounts are kyb ok?

theres a pad on the old strut thatll go between the new spring and strut and it kinda fits into place on that

so does the larger side of the spring go on the strut then?

yes the larger side will go to the bottom with the smaller opening to the top
