If you want better handling, get some, they're good!

Depends on where they're applied.

AFA a location where movement is intended to be restricted, then it can be optimal. AFA a location where "articulation" is needed, then you should reconsider.

Many threads have discussions on where one should use rubber, poly, or rod-ends, however if you can tell which parts, then I can offer more specific advice.

for handling
rear LCAs: rubber or rod ends (or poly/rod)
panhard bar: rubber or rod ends (or poly/rod)
sway bars: poly
torque arm: poly
tranny mount: rubber (mainly due to vibrations)

^ X2. although i feel that you can get away with poly/poly in the phb. it isn't subjected to nearly as much bind as the lca's. i guess it depends on how extreme you wanna go. poly/rod would be a tad better but poly/poly really won't create any problems.

Just make sure you keep them greased! I usually grease them every 2 oil changes or so.
