Default LCA - double or single adjustable?

I'm looking to get some LCAs, but wondering what the benefits of the double adjustable are over the single (other than the obvious more flexibility in adjustment).

Thanks!

Hello, the double adjkustables are on car adjustable the single ones you have to take one end of the bar loose adjust it then put it back on. All of our adjustable lca's are on car adjustable.
