Default brake squealing and rocking!

this isnt on an f-body, its on my girlfriends 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, and when you push the brakes it rocks forward like your on a horse lol and it squeals and sounds like a bus trying to stop. what could be wrong? a friend of mine said i need to have the rotors turned to get the rocking out of it because the rotors are warped. what would be making the squealing though? needing new brake pads?

ok shaking in your steering wheel rotors on the front are warped shaking in the seat need rear rotors/drums probably the squealers making the racket letting you know its time to change the pads.

ok, then we need the front rotors, it only shakes in the steering wheel. and we just had the pads replaced, but it still squeals.

Did you put the cheapo pads on it most cheap pads have different types of materials that will make them squeal and the rotors needing turned isn't going to help
