If the rubber is in bad shape or the metal is rusted bad, then yes!
Otherwise you should be fine with the factory ones, just clean them up and give them a good coat of synthetic water proof grease in the upper mount, and on the upper isolator .
And also put a light coat of the same grease on the upper shock shaft the goes through the upper mount, just some good P.M. !
FYI, you should be able to get factory upper mounts for a lot less than $280!

Many peeps have had problems with the non-OEM mounts. It seems that the thread inserts strip out and free spin.

Here's a handy tip. Use a stainless steel nut to attach the shock to the upper mount so that when it comes time to disassemble the nut won't be all corroded. I got mine at Ace hardware.

I just did my Koni 4/4 install this weekend. Driver side had no corrosion. Passenger side looked nasty and rusted but I was able to get the nut off. Passenger side mounts will have more corrosion. Mine is a 97K mile DD Texas car and my mounts were in good condition.
