I would suggest if the vehicle is more of a serious race car to go with the double adjustable allow you to fine tune the suspension for maximum performance. But if the vehicle is more or a street and strip car I would suggest going with the single adjustable which are are pre valved for compression and rebound. What are your plans for the vehicle?
