Default ABS relocation

Anyone done something like this? I was thinking of relocating my abs module to under the headlight off of the frame and do a custom SS line setup to each wheel. Thoughts? Trying to clean up the engine bay a bit and the ABS is by far the ugliest thing under there. Thanks for any imput.

Unless ABS is something for some reason you have to keep for your own reasoning, I'd suggest deleting ABS and cleaning up the area.

This way you're not only cleaning the area up but you're removing unnecessary weight. You're also offering the ability to fine-tune your braking system.

Good luck!

It alot of work to move it for something that is lackluster. You'll need to consider volume flow, increasing the size of the of the lines. You'll have your work cut out for you for the whole process.

Removing the ABS system doesn't affect normal braking. You'll never know it was gone...and you'll be able to fine tune your brakes with the adjustable proportioning valve all our kits have.

I can't design the system for you if you're planning to move the ABS system, but I can help you with components once you know what you want.

Losing ABS is not as big of a deal as many think it is.

By rule, we have to defeat or remove ABS and it really hasn't been difficult to learn to aggressively brake and not lock up the wheels.

Bringing this back from the dead.
00CAMARY and JAX04, did you guys ever end up relocating your abs? If so, can I get some pics on how you did this?

Thanks.

Bring this back from the dead...again. Has anyone successfully relocated the ABS?
