Adjustable PHB...

Well...I'm going to go ahead and spring for the BMR adjustable PHB. Installation looks pretty straight forward, but I DID have one question for all the suspension gurus out there: Once the bar is installed, when it comes to making the actual adjustments, do I:

1. Do it with the car on the ground?

2. Do it with the jackstands under the axle?

3. Or do I put the jackstands under the frame-leaving the rear end to hang freely?

Back the car up on a set of ramps, and do it all from start to finish.
