Default Front end feels light after alignment

Took the T/A in for an alignment because it had been tracking really bad on grooved roads and was told that i needed to change both outer tie rod ends and one inner. I went ahead and replaced everything with some MOOG parts and took it in for an alignment. It now pulls to the left a little and more importantly, at highway speeds the front feels very light and at 100-130 the steering wheel vibrates like a bent wheel. Let alone the front end steers like it's off the ground.

I'm going to get it realigned somewhere else but i just want to understand how an alignment could cause these problems, aside from pulling left, that is!

Negative caster will cause your car to "wander" and make it feel unstable at high speeds.

Could also be due to excessive toe-in. My car recently had an alignment due to a slight drift to the left. My car drove straight after the alignment but felt light and numb compared to before. Had them bring some toe-out (to just above 0), and it drives nice and tight again.
