I have noticed hear lately that my car has been riding a little rough and that it pulls kinda funny. I thought it was that it needed a rotate and balance and alignment. Well the other night a friend of mine was messing with me so we pulled them (i took him LOL) when slowed down the ride was rough as hell the hole car was shaking. well i climbed under it tonight and looked at it and the bracket that goes around and welded to the rack and pinion more towards the passenger side the welds around the bracket have broken from the rack.

So i was wondering if i can just have someone weld them back together and have an alignment done or should i replace the hole rack?
