Default Problem removing parhard rod bolt.

So I'm there, removing my old BMR panhard rod with poly bushings at both ends. I got the driver's side off no problem. Then when in trying to remove the passenger side, I had issues. The nut came off not problem, but the bolt would not budge. Come to discover that the bolt is somehow stuck to the inner sleve and I've had no luck getting it to release.
I've tried using penetrating lube, hammers, you name it.

Next step is to hit the sleve with a MAP gas torch and see if the heat can break it loose. Needless to say the panhard bar is off. I ended up trashing the one end and now I just have the bolt with the sleeve over it stuck in between the mount.

Anyhelp or advice is appreciated. I guess I didn't use any kind of moisture repellant when I installed it, so over teh past 8-9 years, it's rusted together.

similar happened with a 3rd gen to me. but i snapped the bolt while trying to take it off. if you cant get it with a big hammer, get a sawzall and cut the bolt wherever you can get it. eventually youll cut enough off to where you can take the whole thing out.

Thanks. I took a break and ate some dinner and cleared my head. I'll probably just cut the bolt in half and see if that helps. I don't want to bang on the bolt too much because it's already starting to distort the mount flange.

Bolt is cut in half, and the bushing/sleve still isn't budging. Next step, cut off the head of the bolt and grind it down to get the damn thing out. That's for tomorrow as the kids are going to bed. Oh well.

can you use a socket extension against the bolt, to drive the bolt out with a hammer?

Put some heat on the bolt, should come right out then!

And order some new PHB bolts here:

Bolt is out thanks to a sawzall metal cutting blade. I am picking up new bolts tomorrow for $3 each.
