LCA help

Attempted to get the LCAs done tonight. I can't break the bolts lose. Bolts are not rusty or anything but they just won't budge. One of the heads is starting to round out and I don't want to make it worse. Any tips?

Soak them in PB Blaster....and let them sit for over the night. And then try again. And if that doesn't work. Like mentioned above time to cut.
