Default Switching Brakes ?????

I have a 2002 Trans Am and I'm looking into getting painted calipers. Will the C5 and the Z06 calipers fit ?. I've also read posts that mention using the Trans Am baskets, explain ?.
Thanks,

The C5/ZO6 caliper will fit with the stock bracket if using the stock sized rotor.
No trans am baskets needed.

Thanks Midnight F-117A, I need to decide what color to go with - C5 (black),
Z06 (red). My car is black and I have to decide if I can line with the Corvette
logo on my brakes. On another note: Do you pilot one of these awesome aircrafts ?

The C5 aren't really black. It's dark grey.

Black car, red brakes go well. Unless you want to paint the whole caliper and don't grind off the corvette logo, it'd look cheap painted.

No, I don't pilot the F-117A, in fact i call my bitchin camaro 'Midnight F-117A' because i have an stock muffler with an electric cutout.
Under the ashtray lid, there's an blueprint of a F-117A plane (top view) with two color codes.
One color code is a green turbine blades with Afterburner and the other color is red with the same color turbine blades with Stealth

Inside the ashtray, there's an rocker switch with two lights, red for closing, green for opening, also under the I can be stealth and quiet at night unless i choose to go all out and let it roar into the night (i do mostly night driving) and blind you coming up quickly from the rear with 7500k HID's headlights
