Default Brake Problem

Hey everyone, I have a slight problem that has recently developed with my brakes that I do not know or understand. My brakes stop me just fine and I have very new pads on. However when im trying to stop the car jerks and dives a bit. I dont know how to describe it its almost like the brakes are grabbing some then they grab really hard then off then on. You can feel a slight kickback in the pedal and you can also feel the car diving up and down until it stop.

I pulled the rear tires today to look at it. There was a lot of buildup on the rotors and rust and such which I sanded off and smoothed them out but its still doing it.

Its kind of hard to describe but it feels like the car is surging or jerking until it stops.

Yep all original..

I dont have a lot of coin to spend on new rotors but was wondering if there are any sets of drilled and slotted ones that are worth it?

These have good reviews on the site. Just wondering if they are good for a DD car?

I bought drilled/slotted rotors + ceramic pads for $200. Brakemotive is the sponsor on here that sells them
