Default Suspension interchangeability

I have understood that the suspension under my 78 caprice, an F body, is interchangeable with any olds, pontiac or buick of the same size.
On the PST website, they offer suspension kits for all of these cars. They are all the same price, except for the Chevrolet, which is more expensive.
Is this just because the Chevrolet is more commonly ordered, or are there actual differences? Notice on the Chevrolet, a power steering kit is yet even more expensive.

They're using a generic picture, so it's hard to tell what, if anything, is different between the kits. HOWEVER, your '78 Caprice is a "B" body, not an "F". Only Camaros and Firebirds were classified as "F" bodies....

Sorry, I meant B body. I say and type those wrong all the time for some reason.
