Default c5 brake job

I have the c5 brake conversion with Baer eradispeed 2 piece rotors and hawk pads. I have been hearing some squealing when braking and assuming I need new pads. Just curious if any parts store will be able to turn the rotors or any suggestions in DFW area.

Most places won't turn slotted or drilled rotors. The edge of the slot or hole can snag the tool and break it.

It can be done by taking very small cuts, but most places won't spend the time.

Does it make the noise all the time or just when the brakes heat up? Is the rotor gouged?

It might just be high metallic/ceramic pads that squeal as you apply the brakes.

Its when I apply the brakes in city driving. The front passenger rotor has a tiny lip but not much. I haven't pulled the wheels to check the pad life yet. There is the chance it could be the type of pads. Any suggestions on a quiter pad for street driving.
