Default Spring Air bag?

What are the pro's and con's of using one air bag on the passenger side to help with it sqauting so hard? For me to have any traction on the street i need my shocks set really soft and it will torque over pretty hard and rub into tire. A friend of mine told me to look into the air bag set-up and to me it looks like it might help. How do you maintain air in the bag? Do you just feel it with air and thats it or is there a certain pressure you need for different applications or different track conditions? Thanks ahead of time.
