I agree, those look like the 4/4's.
The differences between 4/4's and 4/3's aren't that great, the thing being that the 4/3's use 3rd gen rears while the 4/4's are 4th gen rears. They're valved slightly differently and the 3rd gen rears have to be removed or loosened to be adjusted, while the 4th gen rears have the on car adjustment **** (also, they are infinitely adjustable without any preset adjustments).
