Parking break adjustment

Parking break adjustment I'm tring to adjust my parking break after my new 12-bolt and i have it all apart down to the adjustment scew but it seems the screw is not moving the parking break shoes in or out for adjustment. am i doing something wrong or is the adjustment screw defective?
