Default Quick PHB question

I might have a chance to get a pretty good deal on an adjustable PHB. My question is, would it make any difference with my car? I'm not too familiar with PHB's but I know they help with centering the rear end and ride height etc. I am not lowered, but my wheel/tire combination is pushing it as far as fitment goes. I have 18x10.5" C5 Z06 rims with a 56 mm offset (just for the rear). My tires are goodyear eagle F1 295/35/18. When I take a corner going at a decent speed, they tend to rub on the inside of the wheel well. I tried doing the BFH mod but it didn't do a whole lot. Made it slightly better but it doesn't seem to want to budge any further. So would it help at all or should I not bother?
