Bad steering problems!!!!

Bad steering problems!!!! So i put upper and lower control arms and kmember in from umi new rack tie rod ends and everything else in the front end. Ive had it aligned twice but still when i back up the front wheels go to hughe amounts of negitive camber and toe in and if u back up very far i will rip the steering wheel out of your hands and turn hard left but stop and go forward and everything returns to perfect alignment and drives great down the road wtf is wrong
When you jack the car up can you wiggle the front wheels at all? I don't really know what's happening....but make sure everything is tight. Hopefully someone knows what's going on and can help, but just trying to give you an idea now.
