Install panhard bar
This is the installation for a non-adjustable, which is pretty similar except for the adjustment part

As mentioned above tho, is it an on or off car adjustable PHB?
If it's an on-car, try to get the new arm the same length as the old one before you put it in the car (adjusting it off the car is easier) and then maybe just a little bit shorter (to help pull the rear back to the correct position). After that you can measure wheel-fender distances and try to fine tune it.
Off car is similar, but it has to be removed to change the length.

do I need ramps or will stands and a jack be ok?
Then get yourself a plum-bob and a measuring tape. measuring from the top of the fender well to the lip on the top of your rims(using the string on the plum bob), adjust until both sides are even(within 1/8th of one another). then tighten your jam nut on your bar make sure to put blue loctite on it.
Im pretty sure bmr has install pics on there website if you need a visual. its very simple
