How much trouble .....?

How much trouble would it be to put suspension and brakes from a 2000 Z28
Under a 1972 A-body (chevelle, grand sport, etc...)

Both, And brakes. It would handle better.
Reason is I can get donor car cheap

You MIGHT be able to make the brakes work, but it would involve a LOT of fabrication work. The suspension, not really....

It would be FAR easier to buy the brakes from Baer, and the suspension from Global West or Hotchkis

Would it really though? I don't know much about those cars but is there any mods you can do to improve what you have?

I know a lot of people have a misconception that they need to convert our cars to an IRS for it to handle better and that's not the case. No offense to you, but maybe you don't realize that you could probably use the suspension it has to make it handle better? I don't know really, but I would look into this.

What do you want to make it handle better for? Racing? Just cruising around? The application matters.

Thanks for the input. I have found a kit with brakes and suspension
Upgrades.

I am used to driving Vettes and I wnt this car to handle as close to that as
Possible
