maybe a bad shock???
Had a flat the other day and changed it. After I put the new tire on when I would get up to 40mph or faster I would start to feel a pretty noticeable vibration from the back rear where that tire was changed...My first concensus was a bent rim to bad balance...Had them re=check it and the tire/rim is fine...Second thought was the rear-end. doesn't seem like that's the case but still a possibility...Lastly is the suspension...\
My question is...Can a bad shock cause bad vibration. My car has 150K miles on it and when I jacked the car up to change the tire and set the weight of the car back down..it kinda stuck for a second and then dropped to proper height...That's why i think it could be the shock.
any input is appreciated.
