WoULD THIS BE A STRAIGHT REPLACEMENT DISK ROTOR? Would i need any other hardware? Can i use the stock calipers and brake pads? I have the stock brake calipers and all, just wondering if i could fit this Disk as replacement without getting new calipers.

Yes, those are a direct replacement rotor..
Do yourself a favor though and run a good pad with it.. You will not notice performance gains from new rotors, however you will notice a big improvement with good pads.

Read the description to those.. The "Plus" designation just means that it is a two-piece design (braking rotor with aluminum hat). The good thing about this is it will reduce unsprung weight from your car.
If you do get these.. I would seriously consider safety wiring the bolts on the hat.. You may need to get new bolts that have drilled heads or drill the heads on the bolts that come with it.
I like to play it extremely safe with 2 piece rotors only because the rotor separating from the hat is just about the most catastrophic thing that could happen.
I safety wired mine..
