Default Brake and Rotor install

Put on some new zinc coated drilled slotted rotors today with some hps pads. Pretty standard install. Done plenty of these so it went fairly easy. I did take my time because I like to keep things as clean as possible. However, the driver side rear seams to be making a strange mark or glaze on the rotor. All the others have the typical 2 or so inch mark where the pad is touching, but the one is has a clean spot running almost down the middle??? Any ideas on what I may have done wrong! Just want some Ideas before I pull them apart again.

Did you change the rears? If so, did you remember to adjust your parking brake?

Im guessing he has an LS1, so the parking brake is in the drum portion of the rear disc... Being out of adjustment would have no effect on his calipers that would be causing the odd wearing.

Absolutely. Just wanted to point out that needs to be done before everything gets buttoned up for good.
