Default Need help with vibration

I just installed new rotors and pads today. I now have a shaking in my steering wheel under braking. Any ideas as to what this could be. It happens even under the slightest braking conditions (ie. new pads).

Even new rotors can come from the parts store warped.

Yea I've been doing some reading, i think the only thing i can do is pull the rotors off (feels like front left I'll start there) make sure the hub is cleaned off and rotors are seated good. If that does not help then i will be calling asking for another. I got them from a sponsor and was told they have a one year warranty. If its a defect then i should have no problems.
