Default SLP Level 1 & SFCs

Lookin for advice here:

Bolt on or Weld on SFCs? Or bolt on, then weld to finish?

Familiar with the Level 1 suspension package from SLP? It is Bilstein HDs, 1" lower Eibachs, 32mm fr swaybar, panhard rod for $750. Or should I piece it all together seperate?

I want the car streetable....but like to street race and just started with autocross. Any inputs?

Any of those mods will probably throw you out of the stock class (you can do shocks) for autocross. The best thing to do is work on the driver. Then work on the car. If you plan to get serious about autocross, I'd stay in F-stock and run it as it. If you "must" spend money, look at Koni DA's or SA's and stay in the stock class. IF you just want to play, it depends on your goals. The SLP kit is streetable, but not much improvement (I didn't say no improvement, but there are other things that are better that the SLP stuff for handling). So it depends on what you want.

The SLP subframe connectors are powdercoated if you get the bolt in. That holds up better than most paint. I bought weld in and painted and installed them and can't keep them painted. I'd buy the bolt on next time and weld those, much better finish.

My thoughts.
