Default Yes...another ABS Inop thread

Been searching and can't find anything. Got the ABS Inop light on in my car now for a few months and the car would stop fine and no issues with the pedal or anything. So yesterday I got some Nitto 555R's put on the rear and now when I apply the brake to stop "quickly" from around 60mph and above, the pedal feels like it rejects me from stopping and like ABS is kicking in Which I've never had happen. Its hard to explain the pedal but its real "sensitive". Heres the tires I have on the car.

Goodyear Eagle F1 all season 275/40/17 (front)
Nitto 555R drag radial 275/40/17 (rear)

I just looked at the websites and the Goodyear tires overall diameter is 25.7 inches where as the Nittos are 25.63 inches. I know tire sizes can do goofy things with ABS on these cars and ABS will soon be **** canned but could that small size diference possibly throw it off?
