HAL shock package spring rate

HAL shock package spring rate lookin at finishin off my suspension and was lookin at the HAL front and rear shock package and front springs

im assuming by the pic its an adjustable coil over in the front?
looking at lowerin the car only an inch or so, doin the heater hose mod in back
also for was lookin at spring rate, 275,300,325 LB was thinking the 275 was drag, 300 is like stock and 325 is stiffer for handling, well i was looking at a thread on here and it said stock WS6 springs are 360LBS? am i readin the wrong thing or is it the same rating? and if so should i do 325LB front spring rate? thanks
