Default C6 Brakes Conversion Issues

I have installed a C6 front brake upgrade and SLP line lock kit on my 01 Trans Am and I am now having issues with rear brake lock-up under moderate braking. If I am on the brakes at anything over 50% or if I give a quick stab of the brakes, the rear ABS kicks on. This was not a problem before the install of the brakes and linelock kit.

The rear brakes are new stock replacement stuff from Brakemotive that I have been using for several months with the stock LS1 fronts.

Can the small orifice (1/32) of the linelock be causing brake balance issues? I will take the linelock kit off if this can be a problem, but wanted to ask before going in the wrong direction.

It now appears as though the issue is the smaller brake pistons used on the Vette calipers causing a bias problem. Has no one else had issues with brake balance after a Corvette front brake upgrade?

Subscribing... I am planning on upgrading to C6 brakes as well. This is the first time I've heard of this issue though.
