Default Brake lines.

Hey guys I wanted to know where can I get some steel brake lines that are good quality and cheapest prices .. Please post links , I have a 02 camaro ss . I heard steel brake lines make a diff in braking, is this true?

I meant braided steel brake line just something that will give a lot more stoping power

Don't be cheap, if a hose fails it could be your life. The best I have found for quality but not the least expensive is J&M Products/hotpart.com hoses. They are a true OEM fit and finish and are DOT legal.

I put Earl's stainless/braided brake hoses on my car 15 years ago. So far, so good.....

I bought Techna-Fit lines from Strano Parts. Putting them on next week. They look and feel like they are built amazingly strong.

I got these because I have ASR/TCS. They cost $130.00 without.......

I installed Goodrich on mine. . . . at the time I did it I think they were the only company that made the complete 6 hose kit for a 2000 with ASR and TCS
