Default QA1, Clockwise or Counter Clockwise???

For all the years I've had them on the car, I've never adjusted the ride height. I don't want to do something twice. So basically, is it clockwise or counter clockwise to lower the height?????

Rightly tighty screws the perch up the shocks and raises the car height. Lefty loosey lowers the spring perch and lowers your ride height. Spin them clockwise to lower the car.
